Yogurt mousse with granola and fruit
A different way to enjoy your yogurt is with granola, fruit, and a drizzle of honey. This yogurt mousse with cereals is a light dessert with very little sugar, ideal for warmer days. Quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

4 sheets of gelatine

4 dl low-fat milk

1 tablespoon honey

3 pcs natural yoghurt

150 g apricot

150 g raspberry

150 g blueberry

mint
Preparation Method
- Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water.
- Heat the milk without boiling, and add the well-squeezed gelatine, yogurt, and honey. Stir well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and, when hot, sauté the fruit and sugar for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- Mix the fruit with the milk mixture, divide the mixture into 4 bowls, and refrigerate.
- Before serving, sprinkle with granola and mint.
