Yogurt mousse with granola and fruit

A different way to enjoy your yogurt is with granola, fruit, and a drizzle of honey. This yogurt mousse with cereals is a light dessert with very little sugar, ideal for warmer days. Quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of gelatine
  • 4 dl low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 pcs natural yoghurt
  • 150 g apricot
  • 150 g raspberry
  • 150 g blueberry
  • mint

Preparation Method

  1. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water.
  2. Heat the milk without boiling, and add the well-squeezed gelatine, yogurt, and honey. Stir well.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan and, when hot, sauté the fruit and sugar for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  4. Mix the fruit with the milk mixture, divide the mixture into 4 bowls, and refrigerate.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with granola and mint.
