Whole wheat pasta with prawns, garlic and coriander

Preparation Method

  1. In a large pot of water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, peel and chop the shallots and garlic cloves. Brown them in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Add the tomato pulp and let it simmer.
  4. Add the prawns and let it boil for a few minutes more.
  5. Meanwhile, drain the pasta, which should be al dente (cooked but firm to the bite).
  6. Finally, place the pasta in a bowl and pour the prawn sauce over it. Mix well.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
