Whole wheat pasta with prawns, garlic and coriander
Simple but loaded with flavour.
Ingredients

3 pcs shallots

4 garlic cloves

3 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

dried oregano

300 g prawn crumb

coriander
Preparation Method
- In a large pot of water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta is cooking, peel and chop the shallots and garlic cloves. Brown them in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Add the tomato pulp and let it simmer.
- Add the prawns and let it boil for a few minutes more.
- Meanwhile, drain the pasta, which should be al dente (cooked but firm to the bite).
- Finally, place the pasta in a bowl and pour the prawn sauce over it. Mix well.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
