Warm carrot and broccoli stalks salad

Ingredients

300 g broccoli stalks

300 g carrots

2 cloves garlic

30 g golden sultana

60 g shallot

1 teaspoon cumin powder

3 tablespoonful of olive oil

2 tablespoonful of sunflower seeds
Preparation Method
- Cut the broccoli stalks into thin slices and place in a microwaveable glass bowl. Add the peeled and thinly sliced carrots and the peeled and squeezed garlic cloves.
- Add the sultanas, mix well, and cover with a microwaveable lid. Cook for 7-8 minutes at maximum power.
- Meanwhile, peel the shallots and finely slice them. Add them to the bowl.
- Sprinkle with the cumin, drizzle with the oil and vinegar, and season to taste with freshly ground pepper.
- Mix well and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
