Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli stalks
  • 300 g carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30 g golden sultana
  • 60 g shallot
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3 tablespoonful of olive oil
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoonful of sunflower seeds

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the broccoli stalks into thin slices and place in a microwaveable glass bowl. Add the peeled and thinly sliced carrots and the peeled and squeezed garlic cloves.
  2. Add the sultanas, mix well, and cover with a microwaveable lid. Cook for 7-8 minutes at maximum power.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the shallots and finely slice them. Add them to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with the cumin, drizzle with the oil and vinegar, and season to taste with freshly ground pepper.
  5. Mix well and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
