Vegetarian Curry Ramen
A quick recipe in just 15 minutes we have this ramen ready!
Ingredients

1/2 chopped onion

1 tsp ginger powder

150 g sliced fresh mushrooms

100 g kale

3 cups vegetable stock

200 g diced tofu

Parsley

Olive oil
Preparation Method
- Start by sautéing the tofu with a little olive oil and add salt and spices to taste. Cook for 10 minutes.
- In a large saucepan, sauté the onion with a little olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the spices (except the salt) and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add the stock or water, coconut milk, salt, and vegetables. Bring to a boil and then cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the noodles and bring to the boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the tofu.
- Serve with chopped parsley and black sesame seeds to taste!
