Vegetable Soup with Curry
Make a regular vegetable soup shine by adding an exotic touch to a classic recipe.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon Curry

½ teaspoon Ginger Powder

1 peasant vegetable soup, prepared in advance

125 ml of cream or 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche

1 pinch Salt Mill
Preparation Method
- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add the curry and ginger.
- Allow to heat for 30 seconds so that the spices begin to release their aroma, then add the vegetable soup you prepared previously.
- Bring to a boil over low heat and add the cream.
- Pass the soup with the wand or in a blender to obtain a smooth cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup in heated bowls and top with a drizzle of olive oil.
