Vanilla-Infused Balsamic Vinaigrette
Use over fresh salad greens or as a marinade for chicken, fish, pork or vegetables.
Ingredients

2 spoons of honey

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Preparation Method
- Whisk the mustard, honey, vanilla extract, salt and white pepper in a bowl.
- Add the oil in a thin stream, stirring constantly until incorporated. This will emulsify the salad dressing and not separate it.
- Add the vinegars little by little, stirring constantly.
