Tuna tortillas
Tuna tortillas are a great idea to serve to children. They can be prepared on their own and mixed with the various ingredients they prefer. They also come in handy for a picnic or party because they can be eaten by hand.
Ingredients

2 pcs carrots

2 packs natural yoghurt

4 lettuce leaves

chives to taste
Preparation Method
- Peel the carrot and grate it on a grater, on the coarsest sieve.
- Open the tin of tuna and drain the oil well. Break the tuna into flakes and mix with the grated carrot.
- Mix the yogurt and chopped chives in a bowl.
- Add the yogurt sauce to the tuna and carrot.
- Prepare the tortillas by placing a lettuce leaf on top of each one. Spread with the tuna and carrot paste.
- Roll up the tortillas and wrap them in cling film. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
