Tuna and Dry Tomato Bruschettas
Delicious tuna bruschettas, try it!
Ingredients

1 celery stick

Preparation Method
- Toast the bread slices in the toaster or in the oven.
- If you choose the latter, drizzle a little olive oil over them first.
- Crumble the tuna into a bowl, reserving the olive oil from the tin.
- Add the finely sliced celery, the chopped dried tomatoes, the capers, the lemon juice and half the reserved olive oil.
- Stir in some rockets and spread the mixture over the slices of toasted bread.
