Tropical Sangria
This summer has been generous… the days have been very sunny, with very high temperatures! And a lot of heat, it asks for a lot of liquids!
Ingredients

4 tablespoons mango and passion fruit compote

10 cl of tonic water

1 cup frozen berries

1 mango
-
1 lime
-
mint leaves
Preparation Method
- Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Cut the lime into wedges.
- Place all the fruits in a glass container. Add the jam and gin and mix well. Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).
- Add the sparkling wine and mix well. Add plenty of ice, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
