Traditional Chocolate Brownie
Traditional Dark Chocolate Nut Brownie recipe.
Ingredients

150 g Dark Chocolate

50 g diced butter

2 eggs

half a cup of flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation Method
- In a pan, place the dark chocolate and the butter and heat in a bain-marie until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Add the brown sugar and the sugar and stir until well dissolved.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the vanilla essence and mix with the chocolate cream.
- Add the flour, bicarbonate, and nuts.
- Put the dough in a rectangular baking pan (23 cm x 32 cm), greased with butter, and sprinkled with flour and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
- Unmold and let it cool. Cut into squares and serve.
