  1. In a pan, place the dark chocolate and the butter and heat in a bain-marie until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
  2. Add the brown sugar and the sugar and stir until well dissolved.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the vanilla essence and mix with the chocolate cream.
  4. Add the flour, bicarbonate, and nuts.
  5. Put the dough in a rectangular baking pan (23 cm x 32 cm), greased with butter, and sprinkled with flour and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
  6. Unmold and let it cool. Cut into squares and serve.
