Toast with Tomato and Fried Egg
This very simple recipe can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The ripe tomatoes and succulence of the egg make this dish a perfect snack.
Ingredients

10g of garlic

100g fresh and ripe tomato

3g of basil

1 egg
Preparation Method
- Put the slice of rye bread in the oven to toast moderately.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rub the garlic clove on the bread.
- Add the diced tomato, decorate with parsley and serve warm.
- To fry the egg: place a non-stick skillet over low heat. Add a drizzle of oil. Crack the egg, separating the white from the yolk. First, arrange the white so that it does not spread and then carefully center the yolk in the middle of the egg. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
- Let it fry until the white is firm and the yolk reaches the desired texture.
