Tiramisu with Cantucci
A modern Tiramisu recipe with Cantucci Biscuits.
Ingredients

300gr cantucci

4 separate eggs

250gr mascarpone cheese

1 cup of cold coffee
Preparation Method
- Start by beating the egg whites until stiff and set aside;
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale cream and set aside;
- Involve the mascarpone in the egg yolk mixture, beating well so that it becomes homogeneous;
- Then add the egg whites to this mixture and refrigerate;
- To assemble the Tiramissu, start by passing the cantuccini through the coffee and rum mixture and make a layer in the bottom of a tray, which we will cover with a little of the previous cream; repeat the operations until both preparations are used up;
- Sprinkle abundantly with cocoa powder and chill until serving.
