Tibornas with octopus salad
The tibornas with octopus salad, made with our bread with olives and olive oil, are a snack that you will want to repeat over and over again. Try it!
Ingredients

165 g bread with olives and olive oil

1 clove garlic

40 g shallot

3 pcs sweet mini peppers (1 yellow, 1 red, 1 orange)

Pepper

2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander

50 g rocket
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Open the loaves in half, rub with the chopped garlic clove, and brush with half a tablespoon of olive oil. Place the bread cut-side up on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, remove the octopus from the tin and mix it with the finely chopped shallot and garlic clove, the mini peppers, cleaned of seeds and cut into small cubes, and the finely chopped dried tomatoes.
- Season with the remaining olive oil, cider vinegar, and freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
- Distribute the octopus salad among the bread halves and serve them on a bed of rocket leaves.
