Thai Salmon with Sweet Chilli
Salmon fillets marinated in Thai sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and ginger and then grilled until caramelised on top.
A quick recipe for the weekend that everyone will love!
Ingredients

3 salmon fillets
Preparation Method
- Whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and garlic in a large bowl or shake in a zip-lock bag.
- Place the salmon in the marinade and cover it completely with the marinade. Cover with cling film or seal the bag if using a ziplock bag. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and a little oil. Cook the salmon without turning it until it is golden brown in places and almost opaque in the centre, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
