Sweet Potato Chips with Dark Chocolate
Crispy potato chips sprinkled with sea salt and dipped in creamy dark chocolate. A sophisticated vegan and gluten-free dessert.

Sweet Potato Chips

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

3/4 cup dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
Preparation Method
- First, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in 20-30 second increments in the microwave. Lower the heat to keep warm, or microwave again if hardened.
- Dip the Sweet Potato Chips into the chocolate. Place on a surface lined with parchment paper.
- These are best eaten fresh. To store, allow to cool completely, then place in a tightly closed bag or container. Putting them in the fridge will make them soggy.
