Sweet Chilli Chicken Wings
Thai chicken wings with a sweet chilli sauce with authentic Thai flavours. An impeccable balance of sweet, salty with a hint of spice.
Ingredients

500g chicken wings

1 tsp Coconut sugar

100g Wheat Flour

100ml Honey

1 bunch coriander
Preparation Method
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Add wheat flour and Thai spices. Mix well.
- In a pan fry the chicken wings (shake off excess flour) for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Drain the cooked wings on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil that may still be clinging to them.
- In a saucepan pour sweet chilli sauce, honey and sriracha sauce. Simmer over a low heat, until the sauce bubbles and starts to thicken (should take about 5 minutes).
- Pour the sauce over the chicken wings. Place the chicken wings on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
