Stuffed Potato with Cod Brandade

Preparation Method

  1. Boil the potatoes, but not too much so they don’t fall apart.
  2. Cut them in half lengthways. Make roe leaving 2 cm of flesh around.
  3. Mix the jar of cod brandade with the liquid cream. Mix well and then distribute this mixture over the potatoes.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200° to brown the grated cheese Serve immediately.
