Stuffed Potato with Cod Brandade
A simple recipe but full of flavour.
Ingredients

4 potatoes

200ml cream
-
100g grated cheese

Salt
-
Pepper
Preparation Method
- Boil the potatoes, but not too much so they don’t fall apart.
- Cut them in half lengthways. Make roe leaving 2 cm of flesh around.
- Mix the jar of cod brandade with the liquid cream. Mix well and then distribute this mixture over the potatoes.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 200° to brown the grated cheese Serve immediately.
