Stuffed Eggs with Hot Smoked Paprika
This stuffed eggs recipe is the perfect starter if you are going to invite your friends over for dinner.

6 fresh eggs

2 spoons of mayonnaise

parsley to decorate
Preparation Method
- Boil the eggs in a pan with water and salt for 12 minutes. When they are ready, place the eggs in ice water.
- Peel them and cut them in half, carefully removing the yolks into a bowl and then reserve the whites on a platter.
- With the help of a fork, mash all the yolks and add the mustard, mayonnaise and then salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and fill the egg whites with the previous mixture.
- Finally, sprinkle with the Hot Smoked Paprika to give the perfect touch and garnish with the curly parsley.
