Stuffed Baguette
A simple starter to share with friends.
Ingredients

Olive oil

1 head of garlic

200g cream cheese

200g grated mozzarella

100g sliced ham

1 chopped parsley

1 baguette
Preparation Method
- Wrap the garlic head in foil with a little Olive Oil. Place in the oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Olive Oil, mozzarella (reserve some for sprinkling), ham in small pieces, finely chopped parsley, roasted garlic pulp, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cut the baguette so as to obtain a lid.
- Remove part of the crumb.
- Fill with the cheese and garlic mixture and finish with the grated mozzarella.
- Place in the oven until golden brown. Finish with Piri-Piri.
