Streaky Pork Pica-pau

800 g streaky pork

1 dl English sauce

0.5 dl olive oil

1 tbsp (tablespoon) butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method
- Cut the meat into strips, place them in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the meat, and brown. Remove the meat from the frying pan and set aside.
- Cool the frying pan with the white wine, and add the butter, mustard, and English sauce. Add the meat again and bring it to a boil. Remove, sprinkle with the pickles, and serve with the olives.
