Spaghetti with Turnip Greens Cream and Dried Tomatoes
Very light and tasty dish made with natural ingredients and full of functional properties for the organism.

1 bunch of sprouts

2 tbsp breadcrumbs

200 g spaghetti

1 clove garlic

Preparation Method
- In a pan, cook the greens, block the cooking in water and ice and saute them in a frying pan with a clove of garlic.
- Beat the sauce of greens in a blender, season with salt, and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add four tablespoons of dried tomatoes to the breadcrumbs and capers, season with salt, brown the mixture in the oven and place the cream of greens in the bottom of the dish.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente, place it on the plate on top of the cream and sprinkle with the flavored breadcrumbs.
