Seafood Rice
With carolino rice, crab legs, mussels, seafood, shrimp, clams, and much more, prepare a delicious meal!

400 g of carolin rice

1 Seafood Sachet

300 g crab legs

300 g mussels with half shell

300 g of shellfish

300 g of clams

4 shrimps

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 bay leaf

Coriander
Preparation Method
- Heat a pan with the oil, the onion and the chopped garlic cloves and sauté. Add the bay leaf, a bunch of coriander, tomato pulp, and chopped tomato, and let it sauté well.
- Add 1.2 l of water and the shellfish bag, season with salt and, when boiling, add the shellfish, previously thawed, and bring to a boil again.
- Add the rice, stir, rectify the salt, and season with a little chili.
- Let it cook for about 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped coriander.
