Sardines and pickles toast

3 pcs shallots

2 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the bread into thin slices.
- Place the slices of bread on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper to brown.
- Cut the shallots into thin slices and arrange them on the slices of bread.
- Arrange the sardines and chopped pickles on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
