Rolled Pie with Cherry Jam
Fluffy, tasty, and very easy to make, fill this pie with whatever you want, today the option was with sour cherry jam.
Ingredients

6 eggs

150g flour

1 teaspoon yeast
Preparation Method
- Line with baking paper and grease a baking tray or baking tray.
- Beat the eggs and sugar for 12 minutes. Add the sifted flour and stir in.
- Pour onto the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180ºC.
- Check if it is well-baked before removing it.
- Prepare a kitchen towel and turn the tray with the cake on it, and remove the greaseproof paper.
- With a spatula, cover the whole cake with the chosen filling and then roll without pressing too much.
- You can decorate with sugar.
