Roasted Camembert with Honey and Crostini Grapes
Serve as an elegant starter, a mid-afternoon snack or with sunset drinks, but make our roasted Camembert with honey roasted grapes.
Ingredients
-
1 baguette
-
1 clove garlic, finely sliced
-
2 Camembert cheeses
-
¼ teaspoon olive oil
-
1 large bunch of red grapes
Preparation Method
- To make the crostini, cut the baguette diagonally into 2cm thick slices, arrange them on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 150 ˚C for about 10 minutes to gratin and brown. Remove the crostini and leave to cool. Increase the oven temperature to 180˚C.
- Place the grapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle the grapes with honey and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbles and wrinkles start to form.
- The Camembert can go into the same oven 10 minutes after the grapes so that everything comes together at the same time.
- Then cut a diamond pattern into the Camembert, insert thin slivers of garlic into the cuts, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle generously with Mediterranean Roast Marinade empero. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and creamy. Serve immediately with crispy crostini and roasted grapes.
