Rice with White Wine
A perfect accompaniment to all your favorite dishes.
Ingredients

1/2 a unit of minced leek

350 ml water

1/4 cup of parsley

100 grams of finely grated parmesan cheese

salt to taste
Preparation Method
- In a properly heated pan, melt the butter and sauté the leeks until translucent.
- Add the rice and season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the white wine and sauté until the alcohol evaporates, add the water and let it boil, taste the flavors and adjust if necessary.
- Cook with the pan covered on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Turn off and wait 5 minutes.
- Add to the rice the parsley and the finely grated parmesan cheese, mix everything well, cover the pan and wait 3 more minutes.
- Serve the rice hot.
