Rice with Lamb
It is a complete dish and rich in flavor, due to the use of various spices.
Ingredients

200 grams of cubed lamb meat

80 grams of chopped white onion

80 grams of sliced carrots

2 cloves of minced garlic

1 pinch of cumin powder

1 pinch of curry powder

1 tablespoon of corn starch

1 bunch of coriander

1 pinch of salt
Preparation Method
- Before making this recipe with lamb, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- Then season the lamb meat with salt, pepper, curry, turmeric and cumin. Take a pan with a little oil over high heat and sear the meat, that is, cook until golden on all sides, but still raw on the inside.
- Remove the meat and sauté the vegetables in the same pan for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- After the previous step, return the meat to the pan and mix everything.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the lamb stock and add to the pan along with the cilantro. Cook covered for 20 minutes over medium heat and, if necessary, adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
- Add the rice and mix very well with the remaining ingredients.
- After the previous step, your rice with lamb is ready to serve!
