Rice Noodles with Sautéed Pork
A quick and fruity pork noodle dish.
Ingredients

250 g diced pork belly

1 red onion, sliced

75 g split peas cut in half on the diagonal

50 g finely chopped chives

1 clove garlic finely chopped

1 clove garlic finely chopped

1 small red chilli finely chopped

juice of half an orange
Preparation Method
- Boil water in a wok, add the pork belly, cook for 10 minutes, remove and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, fry the pork belly until crispy, remove and drain.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok, the onion and mushy peas and fry. Add the spring onions and sauté too. Remove everything and set aside.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and chilli to the remaining oil and fry. Add the pork belly and vegetables.
- Add the orange juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add the noodles and fry briefly.
- Garnish the dish with orange zest, spring onions and sesame seeds and serve with kimchi cabbage.
