Prawns of L’ámour
A hot, spicy and aphrodisiac starter. The prawns are served with a sauce that awakens the senses.
Ingredients

250 g prawn crumb

5 cloves of garlic

1oo ml of port wine

ginger
-
chopped coriander to taste
Preparation Method
- Mix the prawns with the crushed or very finely chopped garlic, port wine, grated ginger, and a pinch of salt. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the butter, margarine or olive oil in a frying pan and fry the well-drained prawns for approximately 2 minutes – do not overcook the prawns.
- Remove the prawns to a plate and in the same pan add the marinade stock and the chilli pepper or finely chopped chilli pepper and let it boil until it reduces to a thicker sauce.
- When it is ready, add the prawns and stir them in.
- Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander.
