Ingredients
-
5 units of potatoes
-
Half an onion (small), grated

- Wash the potatoes well and cook them in plenty of boiling water seasoned with salt. Cook until potatoes can be easily inserted with a fork.
- Drain the potatoes and peel them.
- Using a spoon, dig out part of the potato core, like a small boat (be careful not to pierce the other side of the potato).
- Place the potatoes in a baking dish or refractory greased with olive oil and set aside.
- In a bowl, add the drained tuna, the tomato, and the onion. Mix together.
- Fill the potato cavity with the tuna filling. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Bake the potatoes in a preheated medium oven (180ºc) for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
