Penne with Vegetable Ragú
A dish full of flavour and vegetarian.

Grated parmesan cheese, to serve

Chopped basil and parsley leaves, to serve
Preparation Method
- Heat the Vegetarian Vegetable Ragú in a pan.
- Cook the penne pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the water.
- Add the pasta to the ragú and stir; add a little of the cooking water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Transfer to plates and serve sprinkled with chopped basil and parsley leaves and grated cheese.
