Ingredients
-
150 g flour
-
1 teaspoon baking powder
-
1 egg
-
200 ml semi-skimmed milk
-
2 tablespoonful of butter
Preparation Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, egg, and milk. Beat well with a wire whisk so that there are no lumps.
- In a non-stick frying pan over low heat, melt the butter. Pour a tablespoon of batter into the pan and spread the batter out slightly.
- When the top of the pancake starts to get small bubbles, you can flip it over with the help of a spatula.
- Repeat the process until you finish the batter, adding butter to the pan as needed.
- Serve the freshly made pancakes with Ginger Syrup Cubes.
