Pancake with Rice Flour
Pancake with rice flour – gluten and lactose-free which is delicious and simple to make!
Ingredients

1 unit egg

1 cup water

1 pinch of salt
Preparation Method
- Beat all the ingredients in a blender until it becomes a very homogeneous mass.
- Heat the frying pan, over low heat, put some of the dough, and spread it covering the whole bottom, getting a thin layer.
- When the dough is no longer liquid and the edges are loose, turn the dough over to cook the other side.
- Remove the pancake from the frying pan and repeat the process, until you finish the batter.
