Oriental Chicken with Noodles
A perfect dish to use the Chinese five-spice blend.
Ingredients

450 grams of skinless chicken breast, boneless and cut into pieces

1 red pepper, cut into strips

100 grams carrots, cut into strips

100 grams courgettes, cut into pieces
Preparation Method
- Heat the oil and sauté the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes, until golden brown. Add the vegetables and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the Chinese five-spice mixture and soya sauce and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the noodles and heat through. Garnish with golden sesame seeds
