Mussel Tapas
A simple starter, perfect to share with friends on summer days.
Ingredients

2 avocados

½ red onion

Coriander
-
Lime
Preparation Method
- Chop the red onion into very small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the dried tomatoes, also well chopped.
- Open the avocados and put the pieces in the bowl and mash them with a fork while mixing everything together.
- Add the chopped coriander and chili or a little tabasco to taste. Insert a little lime until you have a sauce to taste.
- Place some guacamole on top of each toast and top with the pickled mussels.
