Preparation Method

  1. Chop the red onion into very small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the dried tomatoes, also well chopped.
  2. Open the avocados and put the pieces in the bowl and mash them with a fork while mixing everything together.
  3. Add the chopped coriander and chili or a little tabasco to taste. Insert a little lime until you have a sauce to taste.
  4. Place some guacamole on top of each toast and top with the pickled mussels.
