350 ml very cold cream

Apricot jam

Chocolate balls for decoration
Preparation Method
- In a large bowl, place the liquid cream together with the sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. Beat the cream with a whisk.
- Place an Olive Oil Pie on a plate. Spread a layer of the chocolate cream you have just prepared over it. Repeat the process until you finish all the pies.
- Add a layer of apricot jam on the last pie and decorate with some chocolate balls.
- Freeze the cake to make cutting it easier.
