Poncha da Madeira is an exotic drink with a peculiar taste that practically everyone loves when they taste it for the first time.
Poncha is a traditional drink from the island of Madeira, which was created in the mid-19th century as a variation on another drink, the “panche” (or panch), which was brought to India.

200 ml of sugarcane brandy

juice of an orange
Preparation Method
- Pour the lemon juice into a pitcher and the orange juice.
- Add the honey and stir with the Poncha stick, rubbing with your hands.
- Pour in the brandy and stir again until foaming.
