Lemon and Olives Focaccia
Olive and lemon focaccia, moist focaccia inside, very delicious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

Olive oil

1 tablespoon baker's yeast

200ml lukewarm water

Salt

330g flour
-
Rosemary
-
Pitted black olives
-
1.5 lemons
Preparation Method
- In a bowl mix the lukewarm water with the yeast and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Place the flour in a bowl, add the salt and add the yeast mixture. Mix with your hands and gradually add the remaining flour and knead to a sticky but looser dough.
- Grease a bowl with olive oil and pour the dough into it. Cover and leave to rest for 40 minutes.
- Grease a rectangular baking tray with a little olive oil and then spread the dough on top.
- Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
- With your fingertips, make dimples in the dough and drizzle the olive oil over the top.
- Decorate with olives, lemon slices, rosemary, and fleur de sel.
- Bake in the oven until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
