Lasagne in the Frying Pan
Practical and delicious, the dish does not require much familiarity with the kitchen and in 40 minutes it is already steaming and ready to be savoured.
Ingredients

350 g minced meat

60 g sausage

60 g lasagne noodles

70 g chopped onion

12 g garlic

100 g curd cheese

parsley to taste

25 ml olive oil

80 g grated mozzarella cheese

30 g parmesan cheese
Preparation Method
- In a frying pan, brown the onion in olive oil, then add salt, and soon after add the garlic, the minced meat, and the sausage.
- Sauté until golden brown and without large lumps.
- Add the tomato sauce and the parsley, then correct the salt.
- Add the lasagne noodles, cutting them into smaller pieces. Stir so that almost all of them are submerged in the hot sauce and well distributed in the pan. Cover and cook for 10 min over a medium heat.
- Add the ricotta cheese.
- Finish with mozzarella and parmesan, chopped sausage, and parsley.
- Cover the pan and leave on low heat until the cheese is all melted.
