Hot Dog with Guacamole and Sweet Potato Chips

2 hot dog buns

2 frankfurt sausages

Preparation Method
- Chop the onion, tomato, chili, and avocado.
- Combine everything in a bowl, and season with salt, lemon, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Finish with mint and reserve in the fridge.
- Open the bread, drizzle with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of salt, and quickly toast in the same skillet.
- In a skillet, arrange the sausages and grill until golden brown. Reserve.
- Arrange the sausage on the bread and top with the guacamole to serve.
- Serve with sweet potato chips.
