Honey and Oat Bread
A bread made with 100% milled oats, without added sugars and totally natural. A flour high in vitamin B1 and phosphorus, source of fibre, iron, magnesium and zinc. To be served plain, with honey or fresh fruit.
Ingredients

2 pcs. eggs

200 ml of oatmeal drink

½ teaspoon of salt

250 g instant oat powder

½ teaspoon of baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing)
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- In a bowl, mix the honey, eggs, oatmeal and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the instant oats, bicarbonate, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the honey and egg mixture, beating with the help of an electric mixer. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Grease a cake tin with olive oil, line it with baking paper and pour in the pastry.
- Sprinkle with the oat flakes and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Leave to cool slightly before cutting so as not to crumble.
