Fruit Salad with Yuzu Juice
Yuzu juice can be used in place of lemon in sweet and savoury preparations: ice creams, fruit salads and cocktails.
Ingredients

15 strawberries

1/2 pineapple

1/2 mango

15 raspberries

10 cherries

100 gr of redcurrant

10 mint leaves

1 tablespoon of yuzu juice
Preparation Method
- Wash the fruit, deseed the cherries, cut up the strawberries, mango and pineapple.
- Chop the mint leaves very finely.
- Add the fruit (except the currants), mint and yuzu juice in a salad bowl and mix.
- Place in the fridge, preferably for an hour, for a fruit salad to be very fresh.
- Use the current stalks to make a beautiful presentation, placing them delicately on top of the other fruits at the last minute, without mixing.
