Fried rice with prawns and egg
For your everyday meals, fried rice with prawns and egg is a delicious option. The mixture of vegetables makes the dish lighter and tastier.
Ingredients

300 g prawn crumb

300 g basmati rice (already cooked)

4 tablespoonful of soy sauce

4 eggs

1 dessert salt

garlic powder

dried chilli
-
pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation Method
- Season the prawns with salt, garlic powder, the chopped dried chilli pepper and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the prawns for 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add the already-cooked rice, let it fry and add the soy sauce. Add the prawns, stir and divide between the plates.
- Meanwhile, crack the eggs one by one in a non-stick pan and serve over the rice.
