Fish Tacos
Tacos are a recipe you can make for a quick dinner, making use of leftover fish from another meal. Add fresh, varied and colourful flavours.
Ingredients

300 g fish

1 unit lime

1 large red cabbage

1 unit mango
-
200 g pineapple
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil

100 g spinach

chopped coriander
Preparation Method
- Place the fish leftovers in a bowl and drizzle with the lime juice.
- Add the red cabbage, cut into thin slices, the mango, and the pineapple, cut into cubes, and the olive oil. Stir everything together.
- Place the spinach on the base of the tacos and top with the fish mixture.
- Drizzle with a little cocktail sauce, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and serve immediately.
