Fettucce with Duck Mouse
A pasta in which Duck Mousse is the main character.
Ingredients

150 ml of Cream

1 clove of garlic chopped

Chopped parsley

Salt
Preparation Method
- Cook the pasta until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan and add the butter. Add the garlic and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the duck mousse and the cognac and let them mix together.
- Add the cream and mix everything together. Season with salt if you think it necessary and add the chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with pepper.
