6 hard-boiled eggs

Preparation Method
- Place the parsley leaves in the chopper and chop lightly.
- Cut the eggs in half and put the yolks in the miner.
- In the mincer, put the tuna, and the mayonnaise, and season with a little pepper. Mince everything until it becomes a homogeneous paste.
- Put the paste into a pastry bag or syringe with a wide mouthpiece and fill the eggs.
- To make it prettier, make a bed of garden lettuce on a platter and place the stuffed eggs on top.
