Couscous gratin with leeks
The couscous gratin with leeks is a vegetarian recipe, full of flavour and very simple to make. Serve with a lettuce salad.

300 g leeks

200 g couscous

200 ml cream

125 g camembert cheese

nutmeg

3 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds

chopped fresh parsley

200 g lettuce mix
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash and slice the garlic, discarding the leaves.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the garlic for 15 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- At the same time, cook the couscous, following the instructions on the package.
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan and when hot add the shredded camembert cheese. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
- In a bowl, mix the couscous with the leek, add the cream mixture, the almonds and the chopped parsley. Stir into the mixture. Divide the mixture between the recipients that can be baked in the oven.
- Place in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with a salad.
