500ml milk

100 gr milk chocolate, chopped

300 g cream

35 g cornstarch
Preparation Method
- Bring 300 ml milk and 100 g coffee candies to a boil in a saucepan while stirring.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until completely melted.
- Mix the remaining milk with the sugar and cornstarch.
- Heat the chocolate milk and stir in the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil briefly.
- Let the pudding rest for 5 minutes and then stir vigorously again. Pour into 4 glasses.
- Mix the cream with the vanilla sugar.
- Finally, divide the cream between the 4 glasses and decorate to taste.
