Preparation Method

  1. Bring 300 ml milk and 100 g coffee candies to a boil in a saucepan while stirring.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until completely melted.
  3. Mix the remaining milk with the sugar and cornstarch.
  4. Heat the chocolate milk and stir in the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil briefly.
  5. Let the pudding rest for 5 minutes and then stir vigorously again. Pour into 4 glasses.
  6. Mix the cream with the vanilla sugar.
  7. Finally, divide the cream between the 4 glasses and decorate to taste.
