Cocoa Pancakes with Mango and Chocolate
Cocoa pancakes and coffee is a delicious, practical and quick breakfast to start your day right.
Ingredients
For the pancakes

90 g of flour

20 g of pure cocoa

½ dessert spoon of yeast

½ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda

1 egg

75 ml of milk

75 ml of cream

Butter (to grease the mold)
For the chocolate syrup

50 ml of milk
-
50 ml of cream
-
100 g of 70% Chocolate
To serve
-
Mango (cubed)
-
Almonds Chocolate Carrés Nougatine
Preparation Method
To make the pancakes:
- Sift the flour with cocoa, bicarbonate, and baking powder. Book it.
- Beat the egg with milk, cream, coconut oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add the sugar and sieved solids and mix well until a lump-free mass is obtained.
- Place a frying pan on medium heat and let it heat up, spread with a little butter, and with the help of a spoon form the pancakes. After about 1 minute, turn them over and cook for another minute.
To make the Chocolate Syrup:
- Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook until it boils and the mixture thickens.
- Serve the pancakes stacked, bathed in chocolate syrup and accompanied by diced fresh mango and Chocolate Carrés Nougatine Almonds.
