Cocoa Pancakes with Mango and Chocolate

Ingredients

For the pancakes
For the chocolate syrup
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of cream
  • 100 g of 70% Chocolate
To serve
  • Mango (cubed)
  • Almonds Chocolate Carrés Nougatine

Preparation Method

To make the pancakes:

  1. Sift the flour with cocoa, bicarbonate, and baking powder. Book it.
  2. Beat the egg with milk, cream, coconut oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Add the sugar and sieved solids and mix well until a lump-free mass is obtained.
  4. Place a frying pan on medium heat and let it heat up, spread with a little butter, and with the help of a spoon form the pancakes. After about 1 minute, turn them over and cook for another minute.

To make the Chocolate Syrup:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook until it boils and the mixture thickens.
  2. Serve the pancakes stacked, bathed in chocolate syrup and accompanied by diced fresh mango and Chocolate Carrés Nougatine Almonds.
