Chorizo Pate

Ingredients

  • 200g meat chorizo
  • Half a small onion, chopped
  • Chopped parsley
  • 70g butter at room temperature

Preparation Method

  1. Place the onion, parsley and chorizo in the mincer. Chop everything until it becomes a paste.
  2. Put the butter in a bowl.
  3. Stir well with a spoon until it becomes a cream.
  4. Gradually add the chorizo paste while stirring. Once everything is well mixed, it is ready to serve.
  5. Serve this pâté with slices of bread, toast or crackers.
