Chorizo Pate
A simple and quick recipe to share with friends.
Ingredients

200g meat chorizo

Half a small onion, chopped

Chopped parsley

70g butter at room temperature
Preparation Method
- Place the onion, parsley and chorizo in the mincer. Chop everything until it becomes a paste.
- Put the butter in a bowl.
- Stir well with a spoon until it becomes a cream.
- Gradually add the chorizo paste while stirring. Once everything is well mixed, it is ready to serve.
- Serve this pâté with slices of bread, toast or crackers.
